Ingredients
- 1 pound Sockeye Salmon
- 1 large onion sliced
- 2 large peppers sliced
- 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- fajita seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F
- Place your sockeye salmon and sliced veggies on a baking sheet
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fajita seasoning
- Toss veggies
- Bake for about 18 minutes or until cooked as desired
- Divide into containers and enjoy within 4 days of cooking
